Solid day of sales today, glados gets their wish for Arma 3 to go on sale. They don't seem to want to budge it under $30 unfortunately. I hope everyone gets a good deal.

Should've gotten the Witcher 2 when they were handing them out for free… Oh well, 3 bucks isn't too bad.

    • You will absolutely get your monies worth for $3 haha

Probably :S Also, Witcher 1 is having 85% off as well, going at $1.49. Not sure whether that is a decent deal or not, but might as well just collect it.

EDIT: Also, non-DRM version of Wasteland 2 Digital Deluxe Edition, on gaming dragons seems to be $15.00

        • Yeah it's a good deal, lowest recorded. I'll add it to OP, thanks :)

  • hoping gettysburg wins the vote been wanting to get it

    • +2

I voted for Kentucky Route Zero.

      • I voted for Hatoful Boyfriend :P I am going to hell (Though I voted before I saw any of youse comments)

  • Looks like it's not going to happen… Anyone know where else to buy YNAB besides Steam?

    • Be patient! If history repeats itself it will be $15 in 1 or 2 days.

      • Possibly but I think the last day will just have encores leaving only tomorrow to have YNAB on sale. Couldn't find anywhere else to get it cheaper so I guess I'll just have to wait until the next sale.

        • I'm not sure if this is relevant to you but if you're a University/tafe(?) student you can get it for free on their website. I also looked around for sales but I couldn't find it cheaper than Steam.

        • @kaneissik: Yeah but apparently you have to provide evidence like your academic transcript which is more than I want to divulge for a measly $15.

        • @leonheart1: $44.99 ;) Hopefully it helps someone else out then. I could never really appreciate the software but I've heard good things.

        • +1

@kaneissik: YNAB4 is now on sale on Steam for $15.

        • @Wampus: Hell yeah. Thanks for that!

        • +1

@leonheart1: That's what you get for doubting me!

should also place in the post
don't buy a game unless u want to play it now! chances are you wont play it, have around 300 games in your library and it'll be cheaper next spring/winter/summer/autumn/Christmas/black Friday/easter/thanksgiving/surprise sale!

    • Ain't that the truth. 350+ games I've not bothered to play yet…

  • +4

Everyone has been requesting Arma3 and here it finally is

    • +1

and now to waste many hours playing it.

    • Me being one of them!!! Was hoping for 75% off but ah well, not going to chance it.

    • Arma 3 is a real PC game, so rare now in the modern environment. It hasn't had it's UI, difficulty, gameplay and graphics engine crippled for consoles, and then been cheaply ported over to PC. I don't own it (only Operation Flashpoint & Arma 2), but I'm sure it doesn't say something like "Press button x to Start" on the Startup Screen.

  • I still can't decide whether to get Lethal League or not. Anyone here got this game?

  • so, is it only the witcher series that can be activated on GOG?

    • As far as I know yes, there might be a couple of other games though, I'm not sure. The reason you can activate them on GOG is because the developer who made both games owns GOG.

  • Seems I already have witcher 2… I have too many games :/

  • wasteland 2 is only $9.59 for base version at gaming dragons which is the same version as steam has for $19.99
    http://www.gamingdragons.com/en/game/buy-wasteland-2-digital…

  • Thanks, picked up both the witcher games. Should come in handy if I ever break both my legs

  • Smart marketing move (by CD Projekt?) to make the Witcher's Steam key redeemable on GoG for no extra cost. That sold it for me, despite the fact I'm a tight arse.

  • since everyone raves on about arma 3 and it's mods, decided to take the plunge - never seen it this low!

    • There is a slight learning curve to the controls so be prepared. If you go into it knowing that it's nothing like CoD/BF and understand it's a lot more tactical then you will enjoy it immensely.

  • Just bought the Gaming Dragons deluxe version of Wasteland 2. It's not activatable on Steam (which I guess isn't too big of a deal) but when I click the download link, I get a warning from my virus program (Bitdefender) that there's malware on the site. Hmmmmm….to continue or not is the question.

    • I've never received any virus warnings when downloading from their website, could be a false alarm but I don't want you to do something you're unsure of. Maybe contact their support.
