  • Presale so no one has tried this TV. Might be worth waiting for a free shipping deal after release.

    • still presale but has free shipping today if anyone wants this TV.

  • If there's no displayport there's no 60hz @ 2160p.. Unless the HDMI port is HDMI 2 which I'm betting it won't be.. Are there any HDMI 2 ports on video cards anyway?

    • Yep. GTX 970 and 980

  • +2

Nowhere in the specs does it say it accepts any input greater than 1080p. I had a look at these when they were announced and was surprised by the fact the only reference to 4k is the panel resolution….

  • While on topic of 4K, the Mali 400 is an older GPU that can only support up to 4k@30hz and since its A9 it probably is something like a rockchip 3188. If you need to run 4k@60hz, you'll need chip with Mali t760, something like the rk3288.

    • Heh - I had trouble playing 720p60 on my Note 1, specifically constant stuttery playback like it never was decoding fast enough. So that does seem a bit of a stretch to me.
