  • Does this take the same batteries as the 10.8v blue range?

    • Description states it's integrated

      • oh right, didn't notice that.

  • I bought this last month and paid $15 for postage. Seems like only this mitre10 has it as my local store did not stock it. So did not try bunnings price match.

Don't really see much point to this unless you are doing a huge amount of pruning at a level where it is really easy to get at. I would have though a pole saw makes much more sense. Even with one of these, they never seem to be tall enough. There is always more up higher you want to cut.

  • I had one for about 2 years now - absolutely brilliant!
Purchased it after shoulder injury, wish I bought it sooner.
We have lots of big clumping bamboo & they make pruning so much easier
Very comfortable & quick on small stuff, it will cut even large branches. I've cut Japanese maple ~10cm without any drama.
One tip - get a good quality blades, they make all the difference.
I've been using Vermont American & Diablo blades up to 200mm with great results.
