Hassle free return my arse. I ordered from these guys months ago. The glasses were causing eye fatigue. Gave it a week as thought my eyes just needed to adjust to a different prescription. Nothing changed. When I asked to return the glasses they said they'll accept returns provided the glasses are unusued… yeah right how was I supposed to know the glasses are faulty in some way without wearing them. Never ordering online again from them. Wasted $180.
Strange, i had the same situation before but they allowed returns with no conditions.

Did you try speaking to a manager? I kept getting headaches and blurred vision with my first pair, and ended up returning it like 5 times. I was talking to a manager and eventually they managed to figure out that it was due to some defect during the manufacturing process. But they never tried to stop me from returning them.
