      Yes and then when u pay at the final step there's a $10 flat rate.

        This happened for me too. I can't find anything on their site to say that it's not for clearance items though.

      If you continue with the checkout process, it ends up adding on $10.

        It works for normal items but not clearance. Op posted it for clearance
