I would get this if not for the fact I already got a cheap mouse and headset before…good deal though.
I bought a similar pack (the white one with the blue lights) like a few years ago… three months in and one side of my headphone snapped lol. It seems to be made of plastic and i'm always careful with my headsets. Maybe I was just unlucky and got a dud but I had to throw it out there!
Mouse is still going strong though and yeah that is a Sensei Mouse :)
Solid deal. These are quite good headphones. I bought a pair a while back and was really happy with the purchase. Sadly a few weeks later I rolled over the cord with my chair, got it tangled up in the chair wheels and when I pushed my chair out from my desk to get up, ripped the cord out, tearing it in half. RIP Siberia V2.
Headset:
One of the best gaming headset back in 2006 when Counter Strike 1.6 was still a proper game…
Today, not sure about it vs newer head set.
Ok, the design is improved for D3 but not sure about the sound quality and electronic.
Mousepad:
Steelserie mousepad is the best I ever had (one with cloth surface). I still use my qck Steelseries that I bought back in 2008 !
Mouse:
I dont know! Always been using (an IME 3.0) and/or logitech G5 since the beginning!
The mouse will be light and shaky, the headset will be tight and hot for big heads and the mouse pad is as small as your fist.
Got the exact same Headphones, About a year old and still going strong. Decent sound quality and pretty comfy, it gets a bit sweaty after a while but usually that's a way of telling me to have a break:P
Also they are USB and don't come with a headphone jack adapter or anything.
Pretty much the same MSY deal a few months ago. My headphones aren't that comfortable (I must have a big head) and one of the speakers makes a buzzing sound.
But I really don't care. I love D3, so I bought it.
Good deal for both mouse and headset. For those looking just for a budget headset you can get the HyperX cloud gaming headset for about $109 from PCCG. It's very good for what you pay and will be better than the Siberia headset but of course won't be as good as a ModMic and a good pair of headphones.
At jb-hifi and EBgames , both mouse and headphone are $80 each

Not bad. The Steelseries V2 headset itself sells for $79 according to Static Ice. The mouse looks like it could be a Steelseries Sensei.
