  Backed by just who? How the heck would they be able to replace/repair an iPhone 5?

  $469 + $18 = $487

  I purchased several iPhone 5c 32GB for AU$400 each just a month ago. With a two year Consumer Guarantee, and a one year Apple Warranty.

  THESE ARE NOT 'Grey import'. The phone(s) have not been imported.

  You, the purchaser, are importing the phone from Hong Kong.

  The (unknown) seller is in Hong Kong. exponline appears to be acting as an agent. They may collect payment on behalf of the unknown supplier, I can't be sure. They appear to be offering local warranty support on behalf of the supplier/seller.

  They, exponline state that they are "an Australian company". However, there is no evidence of an ACN on their website.

  Some Warranty Details:-

  "Our warranty will be covered any manufacture faults but not including any damage or faults made by mishandle, misuse, water damaged, being repaired or modified by third party, application or software installed and cracked display screen. We will charge $30 as inspection fee if defect and faulty made by human.
  Buyer needs to pay $30 prior and issue a return detail with RMA no. if it’s over 2 months since the date buyer received the phone.

  Our replacement and warranty will not cover if

  Item has been repaired or modified or inspected by other technical officer or store.
  item's housing has been opened or operation system being moved.
  Item's has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, water, fire or any other causes other than manufacture defect.
