        All of the thermogenic/fat burner products are very genetic/personally dependent. It really depends how you react to certain ingredients and/or stimulants.

    can anybody recommend a pre-workout shake? Any anecdotes are welcomed!

      a scoop of good quality whey protein 2 hours before resistance training, followed by a good preworkout 30-45 minutes before hand.

      I'm using pre jym right now because it's got both the pre workout ingredients you need (in clinical doses) and BCAA's.

      Assuming money is not an object throw in some Scivation Extend during the workout

      I'm personally using BPM Labs The One 2.0 which gives a pretty strong buzz but that IS a strong PWO, however the taste isn't that great and takes a little while to down it with water, and I've been using it for almost 2 months. Otherwise, I like Pump Ignite which I thought tasted really good and used that for about 4 months. I have tried MusclePharm's Assault but not in the flavours available here and thought it was pretty good. Some people just react differently to different types or have preferences.
