I wonder if these are better quality than the 25 metre ones that Masters had? There was a lot of speculation that the quality was worse with the 25M ones and I think someone said the hose type was different - thinner internal diameter.
I have the repco one from a previous deal. Hose is smaller diameter. Quality of unit seems ok. No leaks when using the nozzle to turn off whilst tap is still on.
For $40 I'm happy with purchase

I've got this model at home. They are average to good quality. Not brilliant.

I have the Holman.. it's pretty good.
Hose is good, the multifunction nozzle is good and the retraction mechanism is also good.
The hose on the Costco version of these looks excellent. Can't comment on anything else though.
My Holman's return spring rusted and then broke about 12months in. Anything can break but a rusty spring is sign of inadequate quality for this sort of product.

Just spoke to local Mitre 10 - out of stock locally and out of stock at the warehouse (Vic), according to them.
Do pay attention to the box. some of the units come with an upgraded sprayer gun.
I bought this from Masters last weekend and got them to beat the Mitre 10 price by 10%, so got it for roughly $90 …. they didn't even call Mitre 10 to check stock. I'm just really upset I missed out on the 25m $59 Masters deal. BTW, Hozelock offer 5 year warranty on these reels if registered online - bonus!

I checked out hoselink and its just too expensive (more than double), plus they only offer 2 years warranty …. at least Hozelock have 5 years
