    a lot of the items are quite confusing, i can't tell if you are stocking the originals or the compatible ones.

    There is "ACCENT 97921000" printed on the silver cover. There is another remote ABA08 without text, that looks very similar but they are totally different from each other which is not compatible.

    Do you stock the ABA08 as mine does not have the tex?

      Unfortunately this remote is discontinued. The only option for you is to take the remote to a key cutting store which has a cloning machine or to add a receiver onto your motor to allow you to use a more affordable remote. If you have any questions, please let me know.

      Hi,

      We have two separate remotes, one for Merlin and another for Ditec. There is no remote that is able to do both. You will need to add a Merlin receiver on the Ditec motor or vice versa to use one remote for both. If you have any questions, please let me know.

      Hi,

      If your original remotes are pictured in the main image then the remotes you have purchased will work. You will find that the rubber buttons will outlast the original and not wear out.

    Hey,

    I've lost my original garage door remotes, and will need to recode using a different remote.

    My original remote is the Boss BRD1.

    I've bought Boss Guardian Steel Line replacement remotes from ebay, however they need the original remote to learn from and they cannot learn from the motor.

      Hi,

      The BRD1 generally uses the remote below. If your original looked the same then our remote will work for for and you do not require an original to code in the new remote. The coding procedure is done via the motor. I have also added a link to an instructional video below. If you have any questions, please let me know.

    Hi Michael, I have a remote for a Peugeot 307 that seems to have failed. Have changed the battery but no improvement. I'm wondering, is there a smart way to tell if a remote is actually sending a signal when activated? I'm just not sure if the remote has actually failed or if the car has 'lost' the remote somehow…

      If your remote has that same clear plastic border around the buttons then it is 433MHz. If it does not have that plastic border then the Boss 303MHz remote is the right one for you. Please let me know if you have any questions.
