  • I got short cut rindless bacon from the Coles deli for $4/kg.

  • The Coles brand fresh pizzas they sell (usually 3 for $10), I have picked them up for 50c before. Got about 4, took them home, froze 3 and had 1 for dinner. Added a bit of extra meat and cheese on the top, they are usually a bit stingy.

Ate all 4 of them and never got sick. Haven't bought them ever since though, dunno why… probably full of all sorts of nasty preservatives etc. Prefer to make my own pizza or buy from a Dominos deal or something.

    • Ah yes! Ditto, I've seem them reduced to $0.50 before as well! it's pretty strange how much they discount them to! but I'll buy it!

  • Leave in conditioner a Garnier one for .75cents. (Usually retailed for around $6) I bought all 10 bottles. I use it daily as does my daughter.

Our local coles never seems to have specials like this when I'm in there ( Talking about both coles in Kalamunda or Midland W.A ) Is there a correct day & time to be there to get a chance for these?
However - since discovering Spudshed we never pay over the top prices for our fruit & veg. anymore + some grocery products. Potatoes 10kg - $2.99, Carrots 5kg.-$2.99, Brocolli - 69c per bunch, whole cauli-99c ea.,tomatoes 2kg. -$2.00(on special)Good quality bread in all varieties -99c per loaf, raisin/fruit loaf $2.99.
No wonder this relatively new retailer is giving the major companies a lot of grief. Tough - the majors have had their way for far too long ripping off the customers.

    • thats great F and V prices.

  • @goosegog I'm pretty sure it's just random hey just the luck of the draw

Oh No it's not. Should you live in W.A. - go check out & see for yourself. These are their prices which is why the major retailers are trying to cut them out. There has been a total war from the major stores regarding the price of potatoes because of the price that Spudshed sells them at ( apparently there is a law going back to 1947 that stipulates the amount of potatoes grown & sold ) The owner of Spudshed got round that by giving them away FREE! - So the majors still trying to sell theirs @ a ridiculous $2.99 per kilo still lose out. It's about time that a company like this came onto the market to help us consumers & give the big stores who have had it too good for far too long, a big Goodbye. I am not affiliated with Spudshed - just a very happy customer.
