Factory Refurb. Some people over at slickdeals have reported they arrive near new.

Specs:

  • AT&T 4G LTE network is available in limited markets
  • Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) with HTC Sense
  • 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core
  • 5.0-inch Full HD 1080p with 440ppi display
  • Dual camera with UltraPixel
  • Front 5-MP camera with 1080p video

  • UMTS: 1, 2, 5
  • LTE: 2, 4, 5, 7, 17

For people looking for use on T-Mobile, this is missing UMTS on band 4 and band 12 LTE. The former isn't nearly as important as it used to be, since T-Mobile has deployed band 2 UMTS over much of its band 4 UMTS footprint and should have LTE on most (if not all) of its band 2 footprint by the end of this year.

Total is about AU $424 using XE exchange rate for USD/AUD.

Both Silver and Grey colours available.

Mod: Top-Rated seller guidelines don't apply as this is part of a US eBay group buy deal (deal frenzy).

I bought a 16gb M8 last week for $263 used on ebay. this just seems expensive.

  • Note that 3G is OK on Telstra and Voda, lacking the important 900 for Optus.
Also 4G is pretty much no good at all.

    • I pretty much disable my 4G connection all the time. I don't need that fast of browsing when it uses up so much battery life.
