Or they could go the way Sony did and raise prices everywhere but the US to protect their prices there. US is the biggest iPhone market so I doubt they'll be willing to reduce market share there.

iPhone fanboy here, was upgrading every 2 years since the first iPhone ever, the tech literally plateaued after 13, literally no point.

Battery still great, performance still great, cameras still great - wish it had USB C, but other than that, no reason to upgrade. When I eventually do, it'll likely be to another second hand unit - you can usually get 30-50% off a second hand unit, not even a year old.
@poppingtags: I would prefer the longevity of the lighting than the USB C, tbh, I have seen iPhone X with 4 years everyday multiple connections in the port and still working great, my Samsung with USB C always have problems after 3 years, and I'm taking care always and still

I think I paid about $1250 for a 512GB 13 Pro Max, shortly after the 14 was launched. Battery was at 96%, and it has a tiny scratch on the screen that isn't visible when being used.

The Iphone 16 series is nothing upgrade with terrible "AI" features…. and the camera upgrade was pretty much nothing either … they've fallen behind now and if the 17 doesnt wow… RIP

I matched the 16pro max 512gb its $2199 the other day spoke with the manager and did it even though i didn't have membership. Some jbhifi managers are pretty chill but some are more stricter.
