Thanks for posting. I've just ordered one. This model doesn't seem to have the best reviews, but at ~ $70 shipped for an all-in-one with wifi it is a bargain.
Edit: Just had a call from HT. They are out of stock in NSW, and it has to be shipped from interstate. Shipping was increased to $29 (up from $21 originally). Still a bargain though.
Isn't the shipping cost under $10 to NSW? my total price included shipment to postcode 2009 is only $58.19.
I'm in Newcastle, postcode 2303. Originally it was $21 shipping, and after the phone call that got bumped to $29. An extra 90 minutes up the F1 freeway for $20 is a bit of a steep ask. Unless they are driving them up individually :-P I guess that is why I've never ordered from HT before this.

Would be surprised if the cartridges that come with this are actually the same as the retail ones. Usual case is; they're a quarter of the full capacity.
Lexmark are renowned as THE most expensive ink cartridge manufacturer in the world. You'll be paying a minimum of $90 for some new cartridges for this sucker, unless you refill them of course.
Read the advert high yield full cartridges , yes that is the normal trick for all printers (half full if that).
That is why this is a steal Real full cartridges and high yield at that
I didn't say it was a bad deal. It's a great printer for $50!

That same machine x6675 was 32 the day i bought mine price seemed to have gone up

@Mikinoz: HTC shift would have been nice! That's a difficult one to swallow. I can't see anything ATM on HT….I suspect there are a lot of people trawling the site these days, particularly after some of the deals of recent weeks!
they offered me the x6675 for $49 today. obviously not a good deal since some people have bought it for $32 in the past. I was actually looking forward to getting my X9575. they better give us a full refund and not stupid credit.
NO IT IS NOT WORTH IT! I was offered the same thing- I have contacted the ACCC for advice as well. Just take your refund, it's the only thing we can really do.

i was told over and over that yep they definitely had stock when i ordered. they have just told me that 'mine was the last one, and it was broken' when they told the exact same thing to my brother and he ordered about 30-45mins after me - someone is lying to get out of this deal.

The Ozzy Park store called me up after I had placed order and charged etc and all apparently HO screwed them over too! They had 5 on order and HO cancelled them saying the freight would cost more than everything else and the would lose too much!
They won't lose anything as they pass on the delivery charges to the customer!

I have been caught out like this before with Officeworks Online, they took my money and told me the item was on its way…..a week past, still nothing, I called them up and they said "oops, we ran out of stock!".

actually jasonc26 the whole point of getting it from the ozzy park store was to avoid paying freight of $60 odd dollars from Sydney(HO-which had them in stock when I called). The store had 5 on order anyways and they were selling them for $49 as they cant sell it more than the online price. But HO pulled the plug on ALL 5 and said they had sold it all out ie screwed the store over.

Ok……Received my shipment this morning in metro Sydney….huge boxes, the courier had to use a trolley to get them to the door! The printers are mint condition unopened (not ex-demo/display) thank god.

anyways, after a lot of bitching and moaning (and haggling), the rep offered me an x6675 for $39 + 6 delivery…def not as good as x9575, but i thought i might take it…what do u guys reckon?
I paid with CC…ordered one at about 2.50pm, and called them up and said I'll have another (only $1 more in postage). Needless to say the telephone support guy was rather shocked by the price, and I wouldn't be surprised if quite a few sold internally very soon after my call.
I think the x6675 delivered for $45 is very good …. you would have thought this to be exceptional if you didn't know about the 9575. Other than the colour LCD screen I can see little difference in functionality.
Perhaps see if you can buy two at that rate, and flog the other off on eBay (the cheapest there is ~$150).
I've been in talks with HT regarding my order and hope to have the situation resolved in the next few days. When I get a fair deal with them I'll let you know.

Picked up mine from Perth store yesterday, no problem. Seems like I'm one of the lucky one to order early as soon as this was posted up. :)
