  • Plus Ticketek's ripoff fees, which add almost $9 to a $30.59 deal:

    Service/Delivery Fee $6.95
    Payment Processing Fee $1.96

ACCC hasn't had much effect it seems

    • Totally agree…

Not only that you have to pay to get in. You also have to pay for food and drinks there, which are also a big rip off. You are better off going to a 3 hat restaurant with change to spare.

      • I don't mind paying to eat & drink things that look appealing from the pop-up kitchens. It costs them alot to operate at Taste of Sydney. Plus quite a few trade stalls give out tasting samples, which helps make the event better value.

What really irks me is being slugged almost $9 in fees by Ticketek for $30 in tickets. I can book cinema tickets online for around $1. Ticketek charges nearly $9 for the same service. That is disgraceful.
