Yes, this is true when factoring in the $1.20 booking fee which the Optus tickets don't have. However, these tickets can be used 7 days a week at any time, unlike the Optus tickets which can't be used after 5pm on Saturdays. May still be worth it to some people.

How did you do that? It seems only one voucher code can be applied, while the gift card will be used as one voucher code.
First try to buy something and enter in your gift card number at the checkout screen. It will then add the $50 to your account (I did this part on the app but it should be possible on the website). Then exit the checkout and buy the gift card, entering the discount code. It'll deduct the balance from your credits
