        Unless you suffer from Phenylketonuria, aspartame is the most well tested food additive ever and has always come back as a completely safe food additive.

        @Gecko: And initially we are told margarine is good for you, butter is bad etc, now its the opposite… Many now say that aspartame is an appetite enhancer, so reducing the calories then craving more food is counter productive

        BTW, milk you buy in supermarket was made for calves.

    The only sure way to avoid obesity, cholesterol-related diseases and food poisoning is to only consume fresh Australian tap water (strengthens your teeth too). Everything else should be avoided. Oh, wait.
