    I hear you ; )

Looks like an old model which was cheaper $79 at OW and on clearance. Maybe try your local OW might still have one in stock?

    • Yeah I saw that and entered most post codes and out of stock, it's been out of stock on OW Website for ages, might be like 1 or 2 around. I'll add it to post anyway I guess just in case someone finds one :)

  • Thanks OP. I'm gonna snatch these up.

Been chasing the OW speakers for a while now.
FYI none left in the Northern BNE suburbs.
OW Rothwell claim to have 1 pair but they are a broken return item.
There is a single pair of on display these left at Myer Northlakes as well but, the lowest they could go was 110.

    Happy hunting!

    • Thanks - so Myer wouldn't price match? I was gonna try my luck this afternoon at the CBD store…

      If they won't, I won't bother…

      • It's not that they wouldn't. The COULDN'T.

Their bottom line price was still over 100 bucks in the system.
I suspect because they are not buying as many items their cost price is higher.

  • I bought these speakers for $99 from JB Hifi.
Mini review: They wouldn't connect to the bluetooth on my laptop (Macbook Air), so I had to use their supplied bluetooth dongle. Given that I bought 'wireless' speakers because I was running out of ports, having to use their dongle really infuriated me. The speakers themselves are OK; they really struggle to get over the sound of my air conditioner, but they look pretty nice. Overall I'd give them 6/10.

  • Also bought these from OW a few months ago and have no issues running then on my Win10 laptop without the dongle. Hooked up to a projector as a quick and dirty setup as I didn't want the hassle of wires between everything. Was pleasantly surprised at the build and sound quality, but as you'd expect they lack base.
Edit: Oh and the ability to stream pandora from my mobile is a godsend!
