    Closure of the Ezy Action Account

    The Ezy Banking programme will shortly come to an end.

    During October, all Ezy Action accounts will automatically switch to a Commonwealth Bank Streamline account. A Commonwealth Bank keycard will be provided to replace your Ezy Action debit card.

    To make the change as convenient as possible, if you are an Ezy Banking customer:

    • Your BSB and account number will stay the same so you do not need to worry about changing direct debits or payments that are linked to your account.
    • Your new Commonwealth Bank keycard will use the same PIN number as your Ezy card.
    • You can still use Telephone Banking by dialling 13 2221. Please have your BSB and account number handy, along with your phone banking password which is also staying the same.
    • You can continue to use Internet Banking via NetBank.
