    Thanks for this! $30 seems a bit excessive one way… But I don't travel. Could anyone tell me if the booking fee is excessive?

      Yes it is excessive. Not even Jetstar charge that much.

  I didn't like Air New Zealand, the service and everything was good but they crammed 3-4 flights onto one. We code shared with Etihad, Virgin and US Airlines from memory.. But ymmv

  Ahhhh … LAX airport. One of the USA's worst airport to enter.

  I would say SFO would be a better airport to enter.

    Honestly, I don't get the flack. I just went on a trip to USA myself (thanks to previous Air NZL deal!) and it wasn't so bad. Maybe because its not peak season. I hated flying out (and dealing with TSA) more than anything though.

      WTF. Mexico is a go and as a "close ally with the US" we go through a security check? Mate, you need to get your priorities checked out pronto. Oh wait … it part of your "procedure". Ahhhh …

  travel period from 22 April 2015 onwards

  You've got to be more specific with the dates. I just tested the booking system with early July and the fares are around $2200-$2400.
