I've emailed this store about 3-4 times over the last couple of weeks enquiring if they have stock of certain items for collection. They have never replied to a single email!
Good luck if you ever have to issue an RMA with them.

I think, just so everyone can fully understand your comments, it may be worth typing them into MS Word (or similar) to check your spelling and grammar - this isn't an attack, I just think everyone would benefit (including you) with having your comments easy to understand…as always, nice pricing - I'd even be tempted to try if there was postage available…..

To be fair, most budget computer stores don't reply to anything from my experience, and you don't always get customer service for a budget price.
I always get a reply from MSY within a day…..can't get more "budget" than that!
MSY's webpage is even more unprofessional that Fluidtek's!
