I wish I could agree …. unfortunately SOME of this stuff is useful. People who have had heart surgery use MagMin to prevent or reduce palipitations (At 12 tabs a day it gets quite pricey). Or you could save 100% by not buying any of this crap. It may make you pee rainbows, but otherwise offers nothing that you're not already getting in a normal(ish) diet.
