      ..for $500+. Kay.

      • Always expensive at release, same type of story with 64gb when it came out. Eventually prices go down and it'll drive down prices of existing storage sizes as well.

    • lol @Orpheus saw what you did there! :D

  • I still haven't received my 32GB card from their last deal :(

    • Buy another one then or get in touch with them.

      • Good luck with getting in touch with them. SE have terrible after sales service.

    • how long do they take to deliver?
does that mean if I am in urgent need for it…better go with ebay or big retailers and suck up with the price tag?

I brought two 32GBs several days apart from the last deal and they arrived 17 and 22 days from Hong Kong.

        • Was that SE or ShoppingSquare? Previously SE have said they only sell local stock.

I've always been impressed with SE delivery times in the past.

        • They were from ShoppingExpress.

    • Placed an order from ShoppingExpress from this offer.

Had previously ordered another item from an earlier offer. It arrived promptly and was posted from Australia.

This time I ordered the 16Gb SD card online at 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, received email at 3:20 p.m. Friday saying "Your Shopping Express order has now been dispatched", packing slip (PDF) included, showing despatch from Australia.

I can only speak from my own experiences, but ShoppingExpress has been fine for me.

Sad I missed out on all those 32GB Samsung Micro sd cards at $10 delivered and haven't seen anymore at that price at all. I wonder why there was such a spike in selling them at that price from different sellers in such a short period of time.

I get a feeling that Samsung did a special deal with the release of the Evo range of cards as a promotion. At the time the higher AU$ would also have helped. I also missed out on all those sales :-(

  • I'm guessing the Samsung EVO Micro (UHS-1) is class 10?

Can anyone vouch for these? Thinking of getting one for use in my dashcam.

class 10 - according to the Specification tab.

i'm using this one on my garmin virb, records with no problem on 1080p 30fps.

      • +1

I run mine on 720p 60fps since it can capture more frames during my commute..

        • i'll try this mode and see how the footage turns out. would love to get rid of the fish lens effect though!

I have been using a 128GB (Sony AS100V) one as well as a 64GB (Phone) and both have been great, no complaints

Hi rep, any deals for msata ssd coming soon? I want a 500gb but need a little motivation to take the plunge

    • If you look at the page with all the deals, it does include the Samsung 840 EVO mSata drives 120GB for $95 and 250GB for $149. Unfortunately, the 500GB drive is not included.

The SE rep did not post this deal but if you're lucky he might see your request.

      • Damn, just saw they are out of stock on 500gb msata drives :( hnnnggg

  • Aaaagh, to get one 128gb or three 64gb and hotswap…

At US $22.90, this is a cheaper option but it doesn't come with an adapter I believe….any other differences anyone could point out?
