    For over $3000 I would have thought they could have put a DisplayPort input. Though at least it seems to support HDMI2 in, which is great if you have one of those currently rare devices that support HDMI2 out.

        @japik: It's like a cycle, so say you waited a yr for the expensive TV to drop, it will then be the inferior one to another new one that comes out. You can't win at the rate Electronics come out these day

        True but that model is still a 2014 model so hence why im saying its just an inferior model compared to the 65UB980T. Im sure a previous year premium 4k model would still be better than a current budget model like the 55ub820t.

    Hey Bud, hard to tell because electronics are going up because of low dollar. I would expect an ebay deal in the next month which will be the next best offer on TV'S
    Does the 55" have to be Non smart? And does it need to be 100hz?
