BEWARE: cannot be trusted. do not buy and do not be tempted with the cheap price tag from this store
    see my previous comment https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/185448#comment-2609761
This store should be banned from OZB

I read your comment. Sounds like a bad experience but not the worst I've seen. Plus your friend did get a full refund. Saying it was a 'traumatic' experience is a little far fetched.

it was her 1st time, buying phone online, the phone is dead on arrival, could not even be charged. The store is not answering phone call. only e-mail.
Mixed reviews on this website http://www.productreview.com.au/p/exponline.html

I never buy from them, only referring this store to my friend as their price seemed cheapest that time.

So I just want to warn some people here that the experiences that other people been sharing on the productreview website is for real.
It's whether or not you want to gamble buying from them, lucky if you receive 1 in working condition.

Yes they did full refund, but seemed they taking profit from shipping fee. not sure. There are a lot of other better store.

yeah totally agree, these people should be banned from OZB. their domain is .au, but they run everything from HK and their call centre number 02 91913184 never works, completely BS.

        • +2

I never referring any stores (online/local) to my friends unless if I have had previous experiences.
Cheapest is not always the best option.

        • That's not a proof that they have bad service, DOA of genuine sealed product is to blame the manufacture not seller.

I order a brand new replacement power supply from ACER spare parts official local agent, comes in a repaired, scratched, banded and older than my existing one, and I still need to pay the postage, that's bad service. The excuse is they will sell second as brand new, I call it scam but fair trading will do nothing.

I bring my S2 to voda shop to repair, after two weeks comes back a same phone with same problem, another two weeks, comes back a phone with cracked case, then another two weeks finally have a working phone.

The signal of Telstra's 4G near Ashfield train station is very bad, walk in the building will no signal most of the time, but Telstra's rep says it's very good there, most likely my phone's problem, WTH!

      • agreed.

a phone i purchased from an online retailer arrived DOA, i contacted them and it was rectified. mistake happens, i don't think there would be any stores left on ozb if we ban them each time someone is not happy with their experience.

+ve for the price, the galaxy note 2 look like a good deal

Yawn. Au stock has been that price sometimes. Lets see prices drop with the S6 release.

  • +1

Too late for S4 price drop, ASUS Zenfone 2 is better.

    • 4gb one releasing on the 23rd apparently.

      • Dual sim too which Im really after.

    • Is any place shipping them to Australia for reasonable prices?

Most I found were a stupid markup

      • +1

Can't find any yet. Will have to be patient.

  • Guys, seriously, doesnt the 'highschool kid' quality of their website send alarm bells to you?

  • Looking at Product Review…. quite OBVIOUSLY in-house reviews by friends or colleagues, certainly chalk and cheese from the actual genuine customer reviews.

  • These phone are not cheap, even they are grey import.

  • It's not local warranty from the manufacturer as anyone would expect from reading that term, it's from some unknown contracted repair centre in Sydney and no mention of genuine parts used to repair your device. Rep still misleading people with this.

  • I bought my S2 from them 18-24 months ago, No issues..

  • EXP online are a waste of your good money and time, I purchased a samsung S4 and it failed in just 3 months still trying to get them to advise how it will get fixed. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on, phone was slow and pain full when it did work untill it died. Be ware they will start up as some other company, these are grey phones, spend the extra $ and get original, btw they were also on e-bay offloading this rubbish.
