Aldi is great for bargains if you try different stores (each manager has authority to discount further from the 'aldi' rate, especially easy to negotiate if you take note of how long stock has been on the shelf) this price is good compared to your mainstream 'harveynorman' type stores. However i have never had much luck with computer parts purchased from aldi, though i have only purchased minor items (external drives, burners, tv tuners etc)none of them have worked properly and refund can be difficult with receipt, (impossible without) even if you can supply exact time date and checkout with statement showing charge they will not check their own records to confirm the item purchase even though FTO legislation states bank statement is sufficient proof of purchase for refund.
