Jesuzz m8, anyone would think your going through a divorce and only come here to vent some pent up rage. Could've just said "No, Thursday".

          Remember Woosah

        • so when does it end?

          Can't find an answer anywhere… :(

        • @Son ofa Zombie: at 23:59 (AEST) on 2 April 2015
20% discount (capped at $500) off the purchase price of Tech for up to 3 transactions (excluding postage)

        • @Mimbula:
          So Tuesday???

        • @Son ofa Zombie: 2 April is Thursday, so two days away.

        • @Mimbula: Rats, missed it then. Thanks for your help.

  • The sale starts 08:00 (Aus Eastern Standard Time/GMT+10), so it will actually begin 09:00 (Aus East Daylight-saving Time/GMT+11) for NSW, Vic and Tas? Am I right?

    • +2

mate, go to sleep. You can check it out first thing tomorrow.

  • +2

wasted an hr looking for deals only for prices to be marked up

not gunna be fooled by this crap from ebay and their partners again

  • -1

Is there any noteworthy things to buy? External HDDs aren't bad at the prices

  • Any deal on RAM for Micro Server G8? I don't know what RAM is compatible with this machine

  • I think the total saving could be $1500, not just $500 as stated/implied in the
deal "20% discount (capped at $500) off the purchase price of Tech for up to 3 transactions (excluding postage)"

    On eBay site, it states:

6.Up to 3 separate transactions are allowed per person during the Offer Period.
7.The total discount is capped at $500 per transaction.

    • +1

well yeah thats true, but you'd be spending about $2500 per transaction to actually get that full discount.

$7500 spent on ebay is probably a bit heavy for most.

But the cash rewards would be okay $6000 = $120 cash rewards refund

  • Just bought a small Hi-Fi for the kids and used the code CVIP24H as the code i got from ebay x-P24H wouldn't work for some reason though it might work for someone else.

Can't decide whether to buy the DSE 47.5" TV or the DSE 54.5" TV, it's only an extra $86 but does 7" really make that much difference?. Maybe I should ask a woman's advice.

    • If its your main tv i would always go with the bigger of the two.

      • Yeah I went with 54.5", hopefully I can collect before the world cup final.

  • Sorry for being a noob here.. But how do I get the voucher/coupon code?

    • CTECH20 is the coupon after you go to checkout put it in redemption space near bottom

      • Thanks.. Just didn't see "where" to get it..

  • Brace Yourselves! Deal is Coming!!

  • Its up now, you can buy

  • Hmm… It won't let me apply it to an ice cream maker from the TGG. It says the item is not eligible.

  • Just purchased the Asus Transformer T100 for $345.15 shipped from Dick Smith. Very happy!

  • It begins.

    I bought this

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/281622062663

  • Thanks OP. Just ordered a Philips Kids Headphones Blue for $23.64 (including delivery).

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Philips-Kids-Headphones-Blue-/261…

  • Prices jacked up for this sale. Shame TGG & eBay, shame!

    • +2

      mention the items

  • Anyone can confirm working in NSW?

  • +2

Kogan has some pretty sweet NAS deals, including 2TB WD Red's for $108 shipped, 3TB for $136.

I for one went for the DS214se with 2x2TB WD RED for the princely sum of $385.97 shipped

  • So I just bought something with this deal, the Coupon did reduce the amount of my Ebay cart but the paypal amount was the full price when paying. Is this normal? And then its credited or something?

    • +2

yeah that's normal. I think if you look at transaction details on paypal it shows the discount. It got me last time ebay had a similar sale

    • -3

No it should show the discounted amount to charge, maybe reset or something

  • Are camera lenses included in the sale?

    • +1

Unless they are listed in the tennis section, yes, cameras and accessories should be included. I might pick up a nifty fifty

  • Thanks just bought a Sony RX100 III camera, top tier compact if anyone is looking.

    From Kogan $720 after discount.

    • +2

The RX100 is an awesome compact. But you can also get the very similar Sony mirrorless "DSLR" A6000 from Kogan for $664.

APS-C sensor means 1.50 crop factor instead of the RX100 2.0 crop factor. Also has an interchangeable lens, 11 shots per second at 24 megapixel. Only slightly bigger than the Rx100. But the RX100 can fit into a pocket.

      btw I have both.

      • I would pick the RX100 over the A6000.

I have the RX100, 5n and the A7 and the 5n has zero usage in the household.

  • Awesome.

Bought a F&P Fridge ($1547) and Sharp Microwave ($158) for $1,364. Very happy.

  • Any good 46-50 inch TV's on sale? I couldn't find the sony on sale.

    • +2

Just bought the DSE 54.5" for $463, but then again you said "good" TV:)

      • Same :)

      • Tempting!

        • Cash Rewards offer 2% cash back as well bringing it to $453.

    • Sony 48" (122cm) Full HD Smart LED TV KDL48W600B for $599 at DSE

  • Sweet $635 on Note 4 also!

  • +1

Just bought the blue galaxy s5. Although once again I forgot to use cash rewards! I knew id make that mistake

    • Yep me to, wondering if it's worth reordering?!.

    • +1

      dammmmmmmitttt

edit: I've asked TGG to cancel my order and I have used cashrewards to re-order :)

      • I might do that too.

  • Note 4 is an absolute bargain

  • Bought a fridge from Appliances Online - thank you eBay & OzBargain :)

  • 2 x Note 4 …absolute delight.

    • Who took all the stock in penrith/blacktown? I have to wait till the 7th for delivery now.

  • +1

Nexus 6 for $694.40 from The Good Guys. Much preferable to grey imports.

  • Note 4! Can't wait!

  • +2

    Thanks OP, bought a Note 4 $614.64 ($630.40 - 2% Cash Back via Cash Rewards, $15.76)

  • got a note 4 for $630

    • what is the link and code for note 4 please?

      • Code is in the post, most are going to TGG for the note 4 so search their ebay page

        • thanks Sigh. Hard to resist, bought one. should have bought accessories on the same transaction as well. now have to pay shipping again :(

any suggestion on Note 4 accessories?

  • Cheers to the TGG, finally picked up a food processor according to static ice very good deal.

Contemplating grabbing the Dyson 59 with discount again makes it cheapest around and cheapest its been in a while.

    • I am in the market for a food processor and would be interested to know what you went with? Thanks

      • +1

I ended up going with the Breville BFP800. I have friend who has had one for over six months and loves it, also watched some youtube videos, seems effective and is powerful enough for doughing. The recent reviews on product review can be a bit off putting but if you look at the number of reviews and the score - relative to all the other processors - (or go back and read the others) it seems to have a lot of happy customers.

        • Thanks for the info

      • Look up between sellers are there are substantial diff in pricing for the same model

        http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Breville-Food-Processor-BFP400-/2…
        http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Breville-Food-Processor-BFP40…

Normally thought AOL would be cheaper than the rest.

        • You realise that's a completely different model from the one I was speaking about

        • +1

Yes I did, actually the comment was for andrewm71 only advising to look between suppliers for same model pricing.

        • @soyea: thanks very much

  • Can anyone recommend me accessories for Note 4 ?

  • +4

nice - dick smiths prices from yesterday are still up. extra 20 percent off yesterdays sale

    • Noticed that too - $129 Paperwhite Kindle.

  • DSE doesn't seem to have changed their console prices from their 1 day sale so

    XB1 ass creed bundle: $376+9.95

    XB1 Kinect w/ass creed = $450+9.95

    PS4 - $418+9.95

    • +1

In-store pickup may also be an option - It doesn't show up 'til checkout screen.

  • +1

Note 4 Edge white from DickSmith out of stock, only black available and shipped, no click and collect

  • Anyone think the 3ds XL for $200 is worth?

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Nintendo-New-3DS-XL-Console-Black…

      • I got the PS Vita (1000) + 4gb Card + Minecraft for $170 total at Big W. I'm only going to be playing a few limited games and remote play with mine so I don't think the extra indie games from this deal would be worth it, but your mileage might vary.

      • I would find a deal that gives you a reasonable sized memory card (8 to 16 gigs) over those indie games.

    • i bought mine for $225 at launch

      great device!

    • Good price but it's the warranty (although unlikely anything will go wrong) given that it's a grey import.

Don't know what Kogan's grey import warranty process goes.

  • +5

Finally after 5 years … Bought a new laptop.
    Msi ge40 1550 to 1250

    • +4

      Congratulation!

  • +1

Saved $350 plus CashRewards on Fujitsu C7.1kW H8.0kW Reverse Cycle Split System SET-ASTG24KMCA. Plus $200 Fujitsu cashback. Won't need this for almost a year but too much of a bargain…

  • To all who bought Note 4, congratulations!

I had Jb HiFi price match Good Guys last week and got Note 4 for 788 bucks. As I didn't have enough cash in my ANZ debit card, I paid around 90 dollars via my 28 degrees card.

I know it's a very long shot, but is there any way I can actually claim price protection?

Thanks, and enjoy your Note 4, I am enjoying mine!

    • only for the portion of the amount you've paid using 28 card, so about 11% of the difference.

      • Better than nothing. How should I go about claiming process? Does mentioning 20 percent eBay deal suffice?

    • And it has to be lower at same store. So the price would have to be $778 or lower at JB HiFi for you to claim price protection.
