  • Thanks Trent. Hopefully this will help those that got the 5k app when it was free https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/188338

  • All those fast food coupons …

  • +1

So they have a 5k app? And a 10k app? (And etc..?) Don't people who pay for this feel abused that they are charged twice for essentially the same app?

Also, whats with the developers description? 3x30min per week will "improve your speed, endurance, and technique" but it does NOT allow you to run 10k, ever. You can't run 10k in 30min. Misleading marketing garbage. And yes, I happen to run 10k 3 times a week.

    • Sure you can't run 10k in 30 minutes? You'll find most training plans are the same. I.e my current official marathon training plan I don't once run the full 42km in a single run leading up to the event, yet it's still designed to allow me to run the full marathon by building my speed and endurance.

      • I knew someone would post a link like that. The target market for this app is not the people on that list. If you're one of the 5 women or however many men can do it, then you're not interested in this app.

Training plans that I'm familiar with train you to run further than the target but at a slower pace.

        Good luck in your marathon.

        • Hmmm to be honest I haven't seen one training plan where you run further than a marathon in one go. Here is an example training plan
