I sent them a message and they were really rude to me and didn't give an explanation on why it's so late.
Told me it would be posted today and it still hasn't been posted. Not happy:-(
I don't know why they would be rude to you. My response I got (received quite quickly) was quite neutral and it got posted shortly after (apparently delay due to waiting on stock?).
