It's a bargain if you wanted those specific games, I guess? They're certainly bargains over buying a standalone console.
The JB and Big W ones are much better. This isn't a bargain.
Bargains are selective. If you wanted these games it's a good deal. If not, then not so much. For me, I personally wouldn't be interested in this deal. But, from what I gather, this website is about providing the options for people and allowing them to decide whether this is a bargain for them or not

Unfortunately 3 garbage games and one great (but old) game. If you wanted those games it would be a deal, but I honestly couldn't imagine anyone sane playing The Order or The Evil Within. LOU can be had for under $20 digitally and DC is $30 pre-owned at EB. Negging this post is a tad rough, but the Big W deal, as noted by holden93, hammers this one on price and quality of game titles.
I've played The Order 1886 and I quite liked it, it's got it's flaws sure, but if you played it and had no fun whatsoever well gaming probably isn't for you

Cheers Yabbie442! Managed to get my hands on a second hand bundle as my patience for $389 wears thin. Console, two controllers and 3 games (CODS & Watchdog) for $380. Console bought in Sep 14 and in perfect cond. My TV's being shipped from home though so I'll be sitting staring at it for 30-40 more days…….
