Definitely worth it imo. I paid $498 for just Bloodborne + console when it was released and was happy enough with that.
Which deal is better? Console only for $399 OR Console+ TLOUR + Driveclub + Bloodborne for $479?

Mostly because it's the highest ranking PS4 exclusive by miles. You should see what a Dark Souls 1 fan does when someone tells them Dark Souls 2 is better.
Bloodborne looks uninteresting. PS4 has only one game I want to play, and that's FF15, which isn't even out yet.
But that game is going to be on the Xbone too, isn't it?

That code won't work for all. Its a targeted code which will only work with your ebay id.

the code will always work on ebay checkout page but it might revert the discount once you go to paypal page.
I spent over 30mins shopping on feeBay, got to the last PayMorePal screen and it reverts to the full USD price. No deal.

Actually that's incorrect, you can only play PS4 games on PS4, regardless of whether it's physical disc or digital. The PS4 is not backward compatible.

@moo: They are referring to the Playstation Now Game Streaming service which is currently only available in the US and UK and requires a monthly subscription to access even if you already owned the game on your PS3. What AG1304x asked if I understand correctly is whether he could play games that he already bought for the PS3 on the PS4 and the answer is no. Hope that clarifies it.

The Dick Smith $399 with three game deal I snagged before xmas is still the best I've seen for a ps4. Everything else looks average.
