Wow! The trolls are out in force tonight. They aren't doing out of kindness, they are offering these deals to drum up business, OZB sends a lot of business DH way and to change the code because we got it early I don't think was right.
I also am really disappointed with the OZB community tonight on the treatment of tightass, but that's another thing.

No, they're not doing this coupon for people like you who have probably used every single coupon they've released so far and refuses to buy anything without one, they're doing it to get NEW customers. DH probably loses money on almost every sale from OZB because people from here are highly unlikely to spend $30+ on food without a coupon.
@Jespur: Exactly. I'm so cheap I wouldn't use anything but the $20 off deal since $5 is $5 more than I wish to spend.
I guarantee you that they do not want ozbargainers as the ones using this code. People on here use it for a free meal and thats it.

The answer is obvious Trent. The new code kicked in at 6pm, by which time most OzB gave up on the 'old' deal and made alternative arrangements for dinner. This then gave a chance to 'other ' Facebook followers to enjoy their $13 gift, rather than have it all gone in 25 minutes by OzB folk like last night's early DH post. I guess they wanted to 'share the love' with a broader community than just OzB. And I suppose it's working for them… 90 minutes into the deal, it's still active.

I think they were just most likely annoyed last nights code only lasted 25 odd mins and people on facebook complained, can understand how they wish to control the situation better.

The one thing that doesn't make sense to me is this:
If the restaurant offers delivery already, at the same prices (but not including the $4 DH fee) why would I bother ordering via DH and paying the $4 fixed fee extra rather than direct with the restaurant UNLESS there is a DH discount greater than $4??
Also making the discount code valid on mobile devices only is a pain…
@GreatWhiteHunter: Perhaps your restaurant can't take online credit card order (Normally you would have to pay cash when the guy turns up). By using DH they essentially have an online payment system (Either by CC or Paypal).
I am pretty sure we get the whole point of the marketing exercise plus their 'brand awareness' has increased. If they were looking for a brand new customer base it would only be applicable to new users only. I still think a paying customer is a paying customer and you can't assume us ozbargainers didn't pay full price before and won't pay full price afterwards. Plus unsure what great difference there is for us to be notified here or via FB which anyone on FB can do. The code has only been released early a couple of times, for the most part it was when DH made it public knowledge.
Oh C'mon, you me both know most people are in it for the cheap price and alot of ppl on Ozbargain (if not most) will stop using DH once the vouchers stop coming

Digusting. No one should ever be hassled about not leaving a tip - we have laws that guarantee minimum wage here.
To put things in perspective, this is what OzBargain thinks about tipping
I would report the store to DH/give negative feedback, we do not have a tipping culture and it is rude to expect a tip - particularly for an online order.
If someone told me that, I'd tell them where they can shove their tip
