Mine was (very) locked. lol. Still is, am waiting for the six months to pass.
I bought my Lumia 630 shortly after they were reduced to $99 for the first time. Unlocked it after about 3 months for the discounted $25 price on the Vodafone website - seems there might be a bit of older stock sticking around - worth checking if your IMEI can be unlocked for the discounted price now :)

630 is made of very weak material and I am wondering of some one can comment on xperia E1
What, polycarbonate and glass? I don't think the 630 is a 'weak' phone. If anything, it'll take more of a beating than my Z2…
