      Not sure why I was neg'd, had nothing to do with the voucher shambles. I tried ordering from a place I had before and the app kept giving errors. Tried from another phone and the restaurant no longer showed up, remove app, delete all cache files, reboot and install. Still no good. Sent an email and never heard back from them.

        they take some restuarants offline when vouchers are on. you can't use the voucher with those restaurants

    Can't believe it, finally got one of these. I do note it does not seem to be working on all restaurant in Sydney CBD however, got a from invalid codes before finding one.

      Do they accept paypal or CC and voucher? Also if you saved the order from the previous day, it does not seem to work, but this is solved by clearing the cart and closing the app and reentering the order.

      Yeah the only place with cheap/free delivery are pizza/pasta places it seems. I am sick of that type of food now. Hopefully delivery hero will get some more restaurants on board, or places will lower their minimum orders and delivery fees.

    There are a few places nearby that I KNOW are open but they are closed on DH. This to me is an indication that day there WILL be a code as I figure DH has to let all their restaurant partners know in advance what days there will be a coupon so they can choose to participate or not. So if I see these places 'open' tomorrow, maybe no coupon.

      You need to include an additional note on the order and also need to call the actual restaurant after you have ordered.

      Delivery Hero couldn't care less and leave everything up to the customer.

    Does anyone know if the businesses have been getting paid with all these deals?

    Cause deliver hero gets the money up front. But how long does it take for them to pass it on to the shops?

    I'm just worried with all these huge discounts, Something might go wrong and businesses will suffer.

      Delivery Hero is a large company, not sure the exact size, but do not feel there is anything to worry about.

      Delivery Hero operates all over the world and is based in Germany.

      Research the company and im sure you will find more interesting facts about DH.

      If the average order from this was say… $22. They would get $3.08 commission and pay the remaining $9.92 per $13 discount.
      With the $15 discount, they would have to pay $11.92 per order.

      Previously, if the average order was $17, they would get $2.38 commission and pay the remaining $12.62 per order of the $15 discount.

      But it's peanuts for them, they have $1.3bn…
