Half Price Compost Bin or Worm Farm from Local Council, Free Delivery (Hills Shire, NSW)

Just got the letter from council and got one compost bin with below price (Hills council), I have to take a short tutorial and pass the test (2 wrong answers, then correct answer will be pointed out, so always pass):
Eco Master 300: $38.95
compost aerator: $17
Total: $55.95

    • Can't tell if trolling… Councils subsidise compost and worm farms because it reduces the amount of household garbage, which saves them money in collection and landfill.
