I got one from Aliexpress too, it sucks. You can only do small pieces at a time and half the time it doesn't even cut them, just squashes them.
These are knock offs of the Betti Bossi ones that are made in Germany. Get what you pay for :)
I paid $35 for one of these at the kitchen shop, and even IT is crappy. Good luck having much success with these.
The vegetables have to be JUST the right size - too big, and they don't fit, obviously; too small and it just cuts them into tiny pieces.
