You and your mum will be strolling the boulevards of Paris in your minds together as you revel in the wonderful smells in the air. The warm winter flavours of France infuse this class with casual, simple and delicious bistro ambience. Learn slow cooked recipes, traditional sauces and unusual vegetables. Think velvety celeriac soup, chicken liver pâté, parsnip mash, tarte tatin and more.

As always, classes are suitable for novices and experienced cooks. You help make a number of recipes hands-on, with some demonstration, and an interactive part where knife skills are taught as well as kitchen basics.
