True, but i think this deal works out better, i mean if you combine this offer with the Amex and or Gift card offer, you actually will get more than 30% off as well as being eligible for the bonus tools.
Also remember if you buy through the Qantas store you'll get 5 frequent flyer points per $1 spent, so even more value.

No store where I am, I checked pretty soon after your posting, so was tad surprised it was already out of stock.
I bought the DC45, while stock was showing online, with free delivery.
Yet no go. DG will not deliver me one, nor will they honour my purchase by allowing me to walk 500m down the road and pick one up in store, where there is ample stock.
Instead, they offer a refund. But then I have to purchase at full price.
I think I will be going to Harvey Norman.

Complimentary delivery? What a joke. I ordered with stock showing both online and in store.
Then a few days later. NOT next day. Got told there is no stock, so they can't deliver, despite there being stock at all 3 stores near me. Then they say they can't transfer to click and collect.
The only option, get a refund, then pay full price with click and collect. They will NOT honour the price I paid.

you've miscalculated a little.
$719.20 - paying $200 by amex to get $40 back
519.20 to be paid by gift card to get 51.92 off meaning you'd have to buy a 500 gift card then buy a $20 gift card?
total you've paid would be 719.20 - 40 - 51.92 = $627.28
if you use the qantasmall link you would get a $25 gift card effectively making this purchase $602.28.
if you didn't use the qantasmall link, i don't see how you would have paid $607.28

Unless you pay with Direct Debit over night, there won't be any fee but the good maybe sold out by then.

I am planning to replace my Hoover portable vacuum, which battery (14.4) is no longer good.
It is being as 'quick and go' vacuum, and for small area, 3x a day.
