Simply head to the Eureka Skydeck website from 10am on Friday May 15th to purchase $8 tickets!

But hurry, $8 tickets are strictly limited.

    Doesn't include the edge, where they also want to charge you for photos as well.

    So do we need to use the tickets on Friday 15th or just purchase them, can they be pre-purchased and used at another time.. like when the weather is better.

      Hey Daniel,

      The tickets will have a 6 month expiry, but all tickets purchased in a single order will need to be redeemed at the same time.

        Awesome, will jump on this tomorrow. Been looking/waiting for some kind of discount or voucher for a while.

      • Cool, so buy tickets online tmw/15th (1 day only at that price?) @ $8 each, which can then be used within 6 months?, ie when weather gets better, as danield said. As long as they are deemed at the same time.

        I assume the tix can be used anytime or day?

        Q, Can I buy the Edge experience once I get there?, or must that be prebooked when buying the GA Tix online? and also the vertigo?

      We just got hit with a MASSIVE amount of users - I've scaled up the server to compensate.

      It's possible that the site has cached on your browser. If you head to http://www.eurekaskydeck.com.au/tickets-pricing/ and refresh your browser, you should see "SKYDECK PROMO TICKET" for $8.00

      • Tried to pay for the $8 tickets 3 times and the transaction failed all three times plus the website is still very slow.
        EDIT: Finally on my 5th attempt, the transaction goes through. Now to wait for the tickets email.

          Q1 - Yes, you can upgrade your experience when you get there.
          Q2 - I don't know how many tickets are available (or if there's even a limit), sorry.

          That's 1 thing less to worry about, in regards to buying the upgrades (Edge and/or Vertigo), will buy them on the day.

          I think it would be helpful for your site to have a FAQ's section, unless I'm blind and missed it.

    I did 2 seperate orders and so far no confirmation. - credit cards have charges being processed

  • Hi there, I managed to buy the promo tickets from the website, jumped in at the link at 9.58. Then there's a confirmation page, with order number. What's next? I waited and there's no tickets delivered to my email yet? And yes, credit cards have charges pending processed

    Hey guys,

    For anyone who has successfully paid but not received their tickets, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject of "Missing Order Confirmation" and the email address you used to make the order.

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience - I can see emails are being sent out now, but there may have been a 15 minute period of time when they were not being sent while the server was scaling up.

    Well, I jumped on and got my 2 tickets, no issue.

    Ticket emailed with single barcode for 2 entrants (hence the must be used together) valid til the 15/11/2015.

    Thinking I might grab another couple so I can do a separate night and day.

  • Hello, i have sent email to mailto:[email protected] and just got replied to check my trash/junk email folder.

    I'm getting more anxious now, since i'm planning to go tomorrow/sunday the latest with family visiting from overseas, but i havent got the tickets on hands.
    On weekend not likely there will be support from ticketing office.
    What should i do? I wish to give good experience for my family.
    Please advise :-/
