Recently purchased this Taiwan model version from them with fedex from Taiwan for USD$399. It took me 4days to get it delivered at my door, which I think it's fantastic!

With the current promo 10%, I reckon it's pretty attractive deal considering it's compatible with new 4GX / 4G plus network 700Mhz

2G : EDGE/GPRS/GSM : 850/900/1800/1900
(This GSM/GPRS/EDGE type only support voice call, SMS /MMS transmission and can only apply to 2G transmission speed.)

      that one is Hongkong model. It doesn't have 700(28) freq which supports the latest 4GX or 4G+ bandwidth and I think it doesn't come with quick charger 2.0

          It comes with FEDEX as standard int'l shipping. As I said it took me 4days from TW (ordered Fri night, shipped on Sat and arrived on Wednesday)

          ASUS Website The 18W BoostMaster adapter is included with 2.3GHz/4GB ZenFone 2 model only.

    Is it only the Taiwan 4GB version comes with quick charger? Or it also comes with 4GB HK version?

    I am only using 3G and in the nearly future I still cannot see I will move to 4G, so I may order from eBay DWI.

    Zenfone 2 has been released in the USA for $300 USD, and the 2GB version for $200 USD. Is it worth waiting and buying from there?

      The Taiwanese model is sought after because it supports band 28 (Optus and Telstra 4G) which I don't think is used in the US (they use some other bands on 700 MHz).

      The general consensus is the g3.

      The big issue with the zenfone 2 is the battery life.

          It depends on what model you get with the zenfone, the 2gb model 4-5 hours Screen on time seems to be what many are getting. The 4gb model seems to get half that from the reports I've seen.

          The G3 is average too, but better than what the 4gb zenfone seems to be getting. Of course updates may improve the zenfone over time.

      I didn't buy from them because although they said in the spec "Intel Atom Z3580 (4 GB RAM model)Intel Atom Z3560 (2 GB RAM model)"

      But the phone looks like is Hong Kong version to me.
