I bought a Soniq refurb before. Full of issues and a real pain to get a refund, even though I live local and pickup/dropoff at their address myself. I would not recommend it.

  Yeah I had the same issue from the Nov 2014 refurb deal, wouldn't go near them. Am yet to have mine repaired- did they repair yours satisfactorily?
