I ordered 16 AAA eneloops from Dick Smith two weeks ago on the last 'sale'.. They delivered AAs. I called the online service centre and they sent me to a store 20 mins away to exchange. The store refused to exchange without EXTRA PAYMENT. I called the service centre back and they agreed to send the store an instruction by email. I got a copy of the email. The store says they didn't!! I still have the wrong batteries. BUNCH OF DICKS!!!

If you buy them from their EBay store they have to take them back, they tried the same thing on me and said take them back in store for exchange.
So I just ordered more and switched the ones I didn't want and sent them back for a refund and got it as Ebay make them do it!love it!!!!

@MMM Might be a bit hard to do considering cornucopia ordered AAAs but was delivered AAs. Dick Smith would surely realise that cornucopia sent back a different item.
@cornucopia I would contact the Department of Fair Trading. It would not take much of your time and I am sure they would resolve this issue quickly.
