    I already have 2 of those and one from Kogan. And a black one. Do I really need another one? My tablets did last about 6 hours on the plane. the A380 has power plugs.
    Any one have a good reason for me to tell my Financial planner why I need another one?

    I found Xiaomi Piston 2.1 better than 3…

    Anyone bought the lightning cable and tested it? Does it charge and work the same as the one from Apple retail?

      I've bought both the lightning cable and the micro usb to lightning adapter.

      Haven't tested either with the USB voltmeter/ammeter device, but both feel genuine and charge/transfer data with no issues.

      Also, I find the Piston 3.0 more comfortable to wear than the 2.1

        Piston 3.0 has less bass than 2.1, yes Piston 3 is bit more comfortable probably better sound at mid range but not much bass.

        Anyway the lightning cable I'm not sure about as I bought a couple of lightning cables once plug in says accessory not supported, sometimes doesn't charge and sometimes would only charge up to 80% for iPad/iPhone its annoying

          However, it is on our network teams check list.
          They are designing a new system to improve our customer's shipping experience.

      We ship them out from our Sydney warehouse By AusPost eParcel with tracking and signature.
      Normally it takes 1-4 business days to major city within Australia.
      You can determine the postage time from AusPost website:

      Fill in "Sydney 2000" and your post code then select "Parcel/Satchel".
      It will tell you approximately how long it will take.

    This powerbank comes with a USB cable for charging, but not the actual adapter/brick that converts from AC to USB/5 volts.
    So I used a number of adapters that I own, and when I specifically use it to charge the powerbank, all of them got massively hot.
    The adapters don't have this heat issue when used to charge phones so I suspect this powerbank is the cause.
    Anyone else have this issue?

      Mobile phone battery has much smaller capacity (1100-1900mAh) and around 1.0-1.2A maximum input current.
      Same as petrol pump, most mobile phone's charging module has protective design to limit/reduce its input when it almost full.
      As a result, most heat that is generated to charge up a mobile are released into air before you can feel it.

      The maximum input/recharge current for Xiaomi Power Banks is 2.0A.
      And they have relatively bigger capacity. (minimum 5000mAh)
      In most case, you can feel the heat building up while recharging Xiaomi Power Banks.
      By the nature of all genuine adapters, they are designed to work at full capacity for few hours without any issue.
      So as long as you are using a Australian standard (A-tick) power adapter, it is safe to use.

          Yes, you can also pay by credit/debit card.
          While you reach checkout screen, select "PayPal" and click on green "Confirm the order" button, you will be redirect to PayPal's website.
          Then, if you wish to pay by Credit/Debit card, simply click on "Pay with credit or debit card".
          You do not need a PayPal account to do that, nor generating a PayPal account by doing so.
          Or you can just login if you have a PayPal account.

    Can these be charged whilst they are charging. Reason I ask is because I want to run one of these to my dsshcam. I want to have it permanent plugged in so it charges whilst car turned on and on other end it runs permanent power to dsshcam

      Bypass charging is available for some devices.
      However, it is not recommended.
      By doing so, this item is constantly switching between charging and recharging.
      That is not a good condition for the battery cells inside, nor for the IC chips.
      We trust the quality from Xiaomi, but still, that will reduce the overall lifetime of this item.

    Stay away for this mob. I bought a XIAOMI battery which a) took 10 days to arrive SYD to MEL b) was dead on arrival. Shipped it back for a replacement which cost me 10$ and they refused to refund me the postage costs. Bad customer service.

      a) Normally AusPost eParcel takes 2-3 business days to deliver from Sydney to Melbourne. If item cannot be delivered during first attempted delivery, it will be transferred to the closest post office for collection.
      b) Would you mind provide your order ID? According to our Return and Warranty Policy, "Return postage is at customer's cost".
      However, if item is confirmed manufacturer faulty, we usually refund postage for good will.
      Requesting a postage refund without providing any postage receipt will be politely refused.

    First time poster but just had to say, that i ordered the 10k and 16k one 2 days ago and got them today.

    Great build quality and works well. Very happy. Only thing is the instructions are in chinese, but its quite self explanatory.
