Pretty good price on the T300 chi, compares favourably to US RRP of $699. Next best local price I can find is over $1000 at HN.
Some mixed reviews but I reckon it looks pretty cool, if I wasn't such a tight ass I'd buy one.

Yeah for sure. Personally not an issue for me though, i'd only use a micro sd for extra storage 99% of the time.

This or Surface pro 2 (i5, 8g ram, 256GB SSD) for $899. http://www.estore.com.au/microsoft-surface-pro-2-256gb-8gb-r…. I Know its not the latest but still 2x better at least, spec wise.

Well, specs are definitely higher in that SP2 but it is also waaay thicker/heavier when just a tablet, and the type cover has nothing on the chi keyboard attachment. And, SP2 with keyboard cover from that website ends up more like 1040 total, so ~25% higher cost.
Still, that said looks like a decent price for a SP2.
I would have gone with a second hand SP3 :)
Main issue is micro USB 3.0 port . The only port for external storage .
