Fazenda Pantano covers around 670 hectares with around 120 hectares allocated to wildlife corridors with permanent forest reserves. The coffee is naturally processed or processed as a pulped natural before drying on raised beds. All processing and packing is done at the farm which helps maintain high standards and consistency. The coffee is hulled before export and packed in GrainPro to maintain freshness.
The cup is smooth and well rounded, giving good body. Sweet plum notes are typical of Pantano.
Fortitude
Fortitude is one of our strong well balanced, full bodied coffee bean blend with notes of chocolate & flaunts red apple and cocoa notes. Sweet lively and bright with peach like acidity. Beautifully delicious & very refined.
Indonesia Aceh Gayo Lake Lawar South
This coffee has a heavy body & pleasant earthiness with a touch of acidity. You can pick up melon & cherry flavours with a piney finish.

Hints of candied orange, cocoa & sustained notes of ginger. Delicate floral notes that are almost tea-like with hints of jasmine. Light clean body with sweet vanilla overtones. Extremely aromatic.
