Not sure why it's on sale, but Assassins Creed games are on sale on Steam and PSN (see here for PlayStation deal). Black Flag is pirating fun (and it seems contradictory to buy it), I have no idea about the others.

We do not consider it abuse to request a refund on a title that was purchased just before a sale and then immediately rebuying that title for the sale price.
For those people that want to get the older AC games on Steam, the first 3 games (1 Director's Cut, II Deluxe Edition & Brotherhood) aren't on sale.
