  Anybody else disappointed to find Chocolate Mocha is a colour, and this isn't a new model that makes hot chocolate? Or a deal for a coffee machine and hot chocolate making machine?

      I just made my first hot chocolate using my latissima plus. Can't believe I hadn't done this before.

        You either need to hit the button to stop it on the coffee part, OR, leave the latch up and it will put water into the pod disposal section.

        If you dont use the small/large cappucino button you can reprogram it to a longer milk pour and a very short coffee pour as well.

        That's what I did. I pressed the button to stop it before the coffee part. The hot chocolate tastes so much nicer than when I microwave the milk xD

    I've got one of these machines in red and was ready to upgrade to this, so I too was disappointed when I realised it was just a colour. P.S. Bought mine a couple of years ago for about $250 AUD from Amazon Italy.

      Bought mine couple of years ago from The Good Guys. Final price was AUD $225 (after couple of discounts and a cashback). I bought 2. Really surprised that 2 years later $399 is considered a deal.

        I concur. Great machine, but I wouldn't pay $400 for one. Nor would I pay $399, for the pedantic Ozbargainist.
