        Any amount of free icecream is great, however, Australia uses the UK sizes and therefore we should be getting an extra 97mL if they want to advertise it as a pint (570mL) :)

      It's bad being addicted to it at $11 a tub. When i was in USA it was still $6 USD so it's cheaper but not dramatically. One thing I miss was In America I could get chocolate fudge brownie which is a low(er) fat frozen yogurt version. I haven't been able to find the frozen yogurt range here.

        When we were over in the US, they were $2.50 USD on special. Needless to say we bought a whole bunch of tubs and stashed them in the freezer at the apartment. We never got to finish them all off, but we definitely gave most of the range a try.
        Couldnt believe how cheap they were.

      There will be set locations which haven't been announced yet. I recall a few years back they had them at king George square in brisbane and it was just a massive line up, but the line moved fast…. Although that was still around 30 minutes.

      They had one in Chatswood (NSW) in April and the line was soooooo long. Literally down the block. I think the line will be sufficiently long you won't need to state why you are there.

      I'm guessing they'll be handing out actual tubs of their ice cream… so unless you want to eat a pint on the spot (in which case, bring a spoon? unless they plan to provide spoons) - bring a cooler bag and ice packs? and get home or back to work fast to throw it in your freezer lol.

      I walked more than that for it, then I walked all the way to the quay so I could eat the best icecream looking at the best view, only managed to eat about 1/5 before I gave up and went home to freeze it, I did see people who ate the whole pint though hehe.

    Yes they are still there, queue is about 30 people on each direction but it goes really quickly. Less than 5 mins wait.
