    I bought mine on the 8th, still not dispatched.. I have written them twice with no response, and called them and put on hold for more than 15 minutes before I gave up. It's sad as I paid 59 for it and it reduced in price before even being dispatched. VERY DISAPPOINTED! And having not used paypal for checkout, I don't feel secure.

    Mine came tonight, digital display, well made unit compared to the Phillips xl. But it has a burnt plastic smell when I preheat it. Does anyone know how long this will last for? I don't wan't to heat up any food until it goes away.

        Called them at 07:03 this morning and I had a rude lady telling me If I want a second delivery attempt I will have to wait until Monday or go to Mascot(NSW) to pick it up today. After a long chat and only after I asked to talk to her manager she remembered that she can contact the driver(the recorded message when you call after hours states that all drivers are contactable) and ask him to deliver today so I'm getting a delivery between 14:00-16:00 this afternoon…hopefully

          The problem with mine is that there wasn't even a delivery attempt. The last entry on the tracking says

    Mine arrived today..according to Toll it was suppose to be delivered Monday..got lucky i guess..pizza at 180 for 10 mins and dinner was served..easy peasy!!

      Did yours come with funny instructions mentioning round temp knob and removable basket net?(obviously from the previous model)
      I used it for dinner, a thin steak 14 minutes at 180 cooked beautifully, and a big potato finger size cut with a spoon of olive oil and some season-all 16 minutes at 200 was a big success, my son loved them!
      Built quality is better than expected, nowhere near the Phillips Airfyer but good. You can see a few imperfections especially on the edges of the lcd display. the tray is round, max weight is 800gr(wedges see manual) or 2.4L capacity.Phillips XL is 3.0L or 1.2 kilos and tray is a bit bigger and deeper, square with rounded edges.
      Very easy to use but not clear instructions, they are not model specific.There was a bit of burnt plastic smell when I did the first 10 minute test drive without food in the tray but after i washed the tray and used it again i couldn't smell any plastic at all
      So far very happy from my $10 purchase :) I hope the rest of you receive yours soon

        Some one had mentioned the burnt smell in one of the reviews I read so I decided to wash and wash and wash ad nauseam the pan and basket before first use hoping to eliminate the problem all to no avail unfortunately..for second use I'm hoping the smell dissipates..I received the same instructions and noticed the led model is pictured on the cover but most of the instructions seem to be for the turn knob model eg. the red power on indication light? No mention of the basket divider in the parts overview and the anti clockwise turn to remove the basket? However, apart from that I am reasonably impressed by it so far, plus some of the recipes look quite good too. Overall a pretty good buy in my humble opinion.

    Does anyone else's one have very small dents on the front of their unit ? I'm not sure if this is meant to be there ?

    Also noticed a small 1mm or so scratch in the coating on my basket. Hopefully it won't lead to rust.

      Any chance its a return? Mine arrived with the main box in an outer Rank Arena plain box, white packing straps around it.
      Yours show any signs of being opened before, missing straps, extra layers of tape etc?

        Yes mine arrived exactly like that.

        I'm not sure if it could be due to the rivets or something inside but You can notice it on the black plastic body off the basket and around that area.

        Can anyone check to see if theirs is exactly the same ?

    So got a txt and email from Toll this morning saying was on board for delivery, got it in the afternoon. Ran the chip test and pretty happy with the results as well.

      whats it doing?
      Mine ended up flashing strangely with only the temperatures in the corner being shown and the time being incorrectly shown (kind of like the segments being lit up were inverted)

      But after powering it off, it came good the next time we used it (and the display didnt stop it functioning, so if we set it correct from the start, it still beeped when done after whatever time we entered)

        Yep, mine is doing the same. I turned it off and back on and worked for about 30 seconds before showing random segments of the display.

    Just opened mine… it "frys" for 2 minutes then beeps 5 times and turns off and has on the screen E1. It's one day passed the 14 days. I contacted them as soon as I found out… see what they say… anyone have any ideas? I tried the "reset button" and it doesn't seem like a button. I press it and nothing happens. The only other thing is that the model number doesn't match the site.. even though it is a LED display one… maybe if things turn bad I can tell them they didn't send me the right model. Anyway… how disappointing…
