  I actually thought of getting this and was deciding it between the garmin vivoactive. The review on amazon doesnt really look promising for the surge, especially with its built in optical HR monitor.

    Fitbit App better though.
    Haha hard to choose between hardware and software….

    Best to read online about the pitfalls of both softwares and what info they record before deciding which brand to go with.
    You can have the most awesome hardware but if the software is inadequate then the hardware is useless.
